We offer a range of asphalt sealcoating services, hot patching, crack repair sealing, and line striping.

The time it takes to complete a project depends on the size and complexity of the job. We can provide an estimated timeline after assessing the project. A standard size residential driveway normally takes 2-4 hours to complete depending on the prep work. The temporary barrier is removed after 48-hours of application and completion.

Pocono Driveway Sealcoating recommends hand applied sealer for best adhesion and performance. Most service companies that use the spray method either dilute the sealer products or use a thinner cheaper sealer material for sprayer nozzel pass through. When spraying; the sealer doesn't get pressed into the asphalt as it would with the hand applied method. Hand applied driveway sealer is actually doing it's job. Spray sealcoating is for those that want fast payment, less effort and cheaper material costs.

Yes, we offer free estimates for all of our services.

1. Completely edge the grass around the perimeter of the driveway to fully expose the entire surface area. Push back any mulch or stone touching the sides of the driveway. 
2. Protect sensitive areas as needed (sidewalks, building walls, etc.) adjoining the driveway. We won't make a mess at your property.
3. Remove dirt, debris, and mildew with high powered grade blowers, wire brushes, and brooms. Completely prep the area before any sealer is applied.
4. Treat any oil or gas stains with asphalt primer.
5. Apply crack sealer to large cracks in the driveway.
6. Apply premium grade sealer to the asphalt driveway. We use only high quality sealers with fortifiers and silica sand for beauty, protection, and longevity.
7. Place a temporary barrier of stakes and caution tape at the end of the driveway to close off the driveway for 48-hours.
8. We return in 48-hours to inspect your driveway and remove the temporary barrier. There is nothing for you to do besides enjoy your enhanced driveway and schedule another appoint in 3-4 years for continued protection of your driveway.
